Our Story — A Trusted Architect in Jaipur and Pan India
AB Architects & Planners was established with a singular mission: to revolutionize how architectural visions are brought to life. Early on, we identified a critical flaw in the industry — one where design, legal approvals, and site construction were disconnected, often leading to compromises on the original artistic intent. We set out to build something different: a single studio capable of carrying a project from first sketch to final certificate, without the vision getting lost along the way.
Over the years, AB Architects & Planners has grown into a trusted studio of record for complex residential, institutional and hospitality projects across Rajasthan and beyond. Today, our government empanelments, long-standing client relationships and a portfolio of delivered projects stand as proof of the same principles of clarity, precision and accountability that shaped our founding.
Today, with over a decade of practice and multiple successful projects delivered across Rajasthan, we stand as a symbol of trust. As an empaneled registered architect with the Town Planning Department, we provide end-to-end expertise from conceptual design to formal approvals, ensuring our clients receive a professional, streamlined experience grounded in decades of regional expertise.

With its foundation in Jaipur, Rajasthan, AB Architects & Planners combines design excellence, innovative thinking, planning expertise, regulatory knowledge, and disciplined project execution to create distinctive and purposeful spaces. The practice undertakes residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, interior, master planning, and government projects across diverse locations in India.
Ar. Abhishek Byadwal is an award-winning architect and Principal Architect of AB Architects & Planners, a Jaipur-based architecture and planning practice delivering architectural, planning, and design projects across India.
Ar. Abhishek Byadwal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Amity University Rajasthan, a Master’s degree in Architecture from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and a Master’s degree in Planning from Jagannath University, Jaipur. He is a Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (CoA), Government of India, and maintains professional affiliations with the Indian Institute of Architects, American Institute of Architects, Indian Institute of Town Planners, Indian Institute of Interior Designers, and Indian Buildings Congress.
Under his leadership, AB Architects & Planners has established itself as an award-winning and Government-Empaneled Registered Architectural Practice with the Town Planning Department, Government of Rajasthan, authorized to issue Building Plan Approvals, Completion Certificates, and Occupancy Certificates for developments up to 2,500 sq. mt. plot area and 15 metres building height.
This unique combination of architectural design, planning expertise, and statutory capability enables the practice to provide an integrated professional service — from concept development and architectural design to planning, approvals, certification, interiors, and project execution.
The firm’s work and professional leadership have been recognized at the Architecture & Interior Design Excellence Awards & Conference 2026, where AB Architects & Planners was honored as “Futuristic and Creative Architecture & Interior Design Firm of the Year,” while Ar. Abhishek Byadwal was recognized as “Trusted and Promising Architect & Designer of the Year.” He has also been recognized by Top Interiors India among the Top 30 Architects & Designers Under 30.
