AB Architects & Planners was founded with a clear purpose — to change the way architecture is delivered. In our early journey, we observed that architecture in the industry was fragmented: design was done by one agency, statutory approvals managed by another, and contractors interpreted drawings during execution based on convenience. This lack of clarity led to delays, unnecessary costs, compromised design intent, and frustration for clients. We believed architecture should not be a relay race; it should be a seamless, accountable process. With that conviction, AB Architects was created as an integrated studio — where design, planning, statutory approvals and turnkey execution are managed under one roof.

Our practice is built on the principles of clarity, precision and accountability. Every project begins with a deep understanding of the client’s vision and evolves through disciplined documentation, detailed drawings, and transparent supervision. Over time, we have grown into a multidisciplinary studio handling architecture, interior design, urban and regional planning, and statutory approvals. We take pride in designing spaces that are functional and aesthetically timeless, but more importantly, spaces that are practical to build and compliant with development regulations.Today, AB Architects & Planners continues to operate with the same foundational intent — to deliver architecture that is not just designed well, but also planned correctly, approved efficiently and executed responsibly. Our Principal Architect
Ar. Abhishek Byadwal
Abhishek Byadwal is the Principal Architect and Founder of AB Architects & Planners, leading the practice with a strong belief that design must be purposeful, compliant, sustainable, and buildable. His expertise spans architecture, sustainable design, and urban planning — giving him a rare ability to blend creative vision with technical clarity and regulatory understanding.He is a Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (CoA), Government of India, an Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Architects (AIIA), a Member of the Indian Building Congress (IBC), and an Ex. International Associate of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), USA.

Abhishek has also been officially designated as a Registered Competent Authority by the Chief Town Planning Department, Government of Rajasthan, authorised to issue Building Plan Approvals, Occupancy Certificates and Completion Certificates for projects up to 2,500 sq. m. plot area and 15 m building height across all urban notified areas in Rajasthan. With academic qualifications in B.Arch (Architecture), M.Arch (Energy Efficiency & Sustainable Architecture) and M.Plan (Urban & Regional Planning), he approaches projects from both micro and macro perspectives — from building design, detailing and sustainability to master planning, layouts, zoning and statutory approvals.
